On Thursday Dec. 17th at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal a power point presentation was put on by the Delaware State Police and Chief of Memeorial Vol. Fire Company Terry Jester to point out the capabilities of the State Police Helicopter and a team made up of Volunteer firefighters and several other agencies into cold water rescues...Water temperature was in the low 40's and wind chills in the teens!
